South Side Studios is a production facility located on approximately 11 acres in south Dallas, less than two miles from downtown. Leasing opportunities includes the use of two buildings: the entire West Stage Building, containing approximately 70,000 SF, and approximately 50,000 SF of the Support Building. The West Stage Building contains the production offices and sound/stage/set areas. The Support Building contains additional offices, mill and paint areas, wardrobe space, and shared laundry space. The remaining square footage of the Support Building is used as a prop shop.
